The Law Cut The Nails And Hair While Sacrificing 2

AN EXPLANATION OF THE LAW CUT HIS HAIR AND NAILS FOR THE SACRIFICIAL WISH

Arguing A Second Opinion
A second opinion states that banned it's not sacrificing people's hair trim or cut his nails, but cut off the feathers and claws of sacrificial animals. The reason, because fur, nails, and skin of the sacrificial animals would be a witness in the hereafter.

The Law Cut The Nails And Hair While Sacrificing 2

This view actually is not popular in the book of jurisprudence, especially classical jurisprudence. Thus, Al-Reciter call this opinion gharib (odd/unique/foreign). He said in Mirqatul Mafatih.

وأغرب ابن الملك حيث قال: أي: فلا يمس من شعر ما يضحي به وبشره أي ظفره وأراد به الظلف
That is to say, "there are opinions of gharib Ibnul Malak. According to him, the means should not take (cut) feathers and claws of an animal sacrificed. "

The opinion is said to be a foreign Al-Mula by these Reciter, later corroborated by Kiai Ali Mustafa Yaqub. In his book Turuqus Al-Shahihah fi Fahmis Sunnatin Rather, Kiai Ali says, this needs to be dikomparasikan with the other hadeeth. Understanding the Hadith matan won't be perfect if only understand one Hadith. Therefore, the deceased often confirms Al-yufassiru ba'dhuhu ba'dhan Hadith (Hadith interpret each other between each other).
In the discipline of understanding the Hadith (Hadith fiqhul or turuqu fahmil Hadith) is known the term wihdatul mawdhu'iyah fil Hadith (Hadith theme of Unity). This theory is used to browse ' the reason or intent of a Hadith. Sometimes in one Hadith not mentioned ' the reason and purpose of the law so that it is necessary to other Hadith with dikomparasikan more fully, as long as he's still a discussion. What's more, there is one general meaning of the hadeeth, while at another hadeeth, in the same case, its meaning is more specific and clear.
According to Kiai Ali, understand the Hadith Obson above need to be dikomparasikan with a history of ' Aisha who reads as follows.

That is, "the Prophet said, ' there is no practice of adam loved God on the day of Idhul Adha except sacrificing. Because he will come on the day of resurrection along with horns, feathers, and nails. It was so fast, the reward sacrifice already up to God the blood of slaughter animals before falling to the ground. Then hiasilah yourselves with sacrificing (narrated by Ibn Maajah).

So is the hadeeth narrated by al-Tirmidhi:
لصاحبها بكل شعرة حسنة
That is, "for people who are sacrificing, every strand of hair (fur animal sacrifice) is a virtue," (narrated by Al-tirmidhi).

Based on consideration of the two hadeeth, Kiai Ali concluded that prohibited the Prophet was not cut hair and nail people sacrificing, but animal sacrifice. Because the animal's hair and nails, that's what later became a witness in the next future. The late Ali said Kiai.

That is, "' the reason the ban on cutting hair and nails is because he will be a witness on the day of resurrection. This is appropriate when it is associated with a ban on cutting the feathers and claws of sacrificial animals, instead of sacrificing people's hair. "

Both of the above opinion is an effort each scholars understand the proposition. That need to be asserted here is that the context of the above Hadith is sacrificing for the people only, not for everyone. For people who aren't sacrificing, no matter if he would trim his nails or cut hair.
According to our view, both opinions above can be practised at once: during the waiting process of sacrifice, it is better not to trim the hair or the cut nail, when it is indeed not needed. But suppose, her nails long and dirty already, and her hair is already long and lousy, please cut and his sacrifice is still continued. Because the hair cut is not legitimate or whether implies sacrifice.
Then to accommodate a second opinion, lest we break your horns, nails, or trim the fur animal sacrifice, because later he would be a witness in the presence of Almighty God. And Allah knows best.

The Law Cut The Nails And Hair While Sacrificing 1

AN EXPLANATION OF THE LAW CUT HIS HAIR AND NAILS FOR THE SACRIFICIAL WISH

Be or not cut his nails and hair for people wanting to sacrificing indeed still a debate. This debate does not just happen later on, as seen in the medsos, but also already discussed by earlier scholars.

The Law Cut The Nails And Hair While Sacrificing

These problems originated from the difference in understanding the hadith scholars Tunisi history documented in many books of Hadith. He had heard the Messenger of ALLAH said:

إذا دخل العشر من ذي الحجة وأراد أحدكم أن يضحي فلا يمس من شعره ولا بشره شيئا حتى يضحي

That is, "In the first ten days Dzulhijjah has entered and one of you wants to sacrificing, do not touch the hair and skin, to sacrificing (finish)," (narrated by Ibn maajah, Ahmad and others).

The understanding of scholars toward this Hadith can be divided into two categories. The first opinion understand this Hadith says that the Prophet forbade the people sacrificing cut nails and hair. While the second opinion says, it was not barred from cutting the nails and hair of people sacrificing (al-mudhahhi), but the animal sacrifice (al-mudhahha). His following.

Arguing The First Opinion
The first opinion says the above Hadith the Prophet's prohibition intends not to cut his hair and nails for people wanting to sacrificing. The ban started from since the beginning of the first ten days of the month of Dzulhijjah. That is, he was allowed to cut his hair and nails after completion of sacrifice.

Although the first group agreed would purport this Hadith aimed at people sacrificing, but they differed the meaning and implications of the prohibition of these Prophets: do implies kerahaman? Makruh? Or only permissible reason alone? Mula Al-Reciter in Mirqatul Mafatih concluded.

That is, "the bottom line is this problem khilafiyah: according to Imam Malik and Al-Shaafa'i it is desirable not to cut his hair and nails for the sacrificial, until completion of the slaughter. When he cut his hair or nails before the slaughtering rather makruh. While Abu Hanifah argued cutting the nails and hair that is only mubah (permissible), not reported if cut, and not Sunnah, if not cut. As for Imam Ahmad again outlaw.

That's the opinion of scholars the ability to cut the nails and hair at the time of sacrificing. There are scholars advocate, allow, even banned. Imam al-Nawawi in Al-Majmu'mengatakan, the wisdom of kesunahan this is so that the whole body in the afterlife would later be saved from the fire of hell. But as the sacrificial worship is known, can save a person from the torment of hell fire.

In addition, it is also argued that prohibition cut hair and nail it likened people who do. That is, for ten days beginning the month of Dzulhijjah aren't allowed to cut hair and nails as well as the person in ihram. This opinion was criticized by some scholars because the analogy is not exact. Imam An-Nawawi says as follows.

That is, "our view of the Scholars say wisdom behind the prohibition is that all members of the body remain/perfect and free from the fires of hell. There are unisex which argues, because it lumped in with those (tasyabbuh) of ihram. According to our opinion, this is an ashab is not appropriate, because of the impending sacrifice should keep their intercourse, wearing perfumes, clothes, and other actions that are prohibited for the ihram.

When Property Worth

Treasure, the throne, the woman is a picture that is very relevant in life that we live every day. even he could bring the ugliness as well as goodness in the sidelines of our lives, it's just that when we are able to process and use it well then he will be the Saviour, and vice versa when we use it with the better it will dragging us in the pit of disgrace.

When Property Worth

When Is The Money Worth It? When You Treat It Correctly

Sometimes there are still many people who do not know with good value for money. Just meet the necessities of life. in his mind for a moment, maybe he's not asking, when is the Money Worth it?

I feel, as Muslims that you already understand the concept of living with treasures. That we should not only collect the treasure as if a treasure would save us or make us immortal nan jaya. People like this his work just pile up possessions, as if the life of the world hereafter could be saved by a property in his possession.

In these conditions, it is not worth the money at all. Then what kind of conditions to make money be worth?

When Treasures Are Worth Money

_ First, the money would be worth if the money becomes our servant. This means that the existence of money could help us to get our desires of the world or the hereafter. The money will be worth your while to use to perform the pilgrimage. the money will be worth your while menginfakkan the money well and true.

The money will be worth your while to use to give a living child wife (for a husband). The money will also be worth your while to use to fight in the way of Allah (Jihad Fiisabilillah). So When Is The Money Worth It? Depending on how you take advantage of and get on the mother in spending it.

_ Second, the money would be worth if the money is circulating properly. Your money will only be of value if used. If you just pile up Your money, then money is not much different with your used paper. Make your money is useful for your own and other people's benefit.

If you give it to someone else, then that benefit from double the money, that you and the person who receives it. To keep in mind is that not mean you must circulate wasteful with money or you have, but you have to make the money you have become useful, blessings and good.

This is the mindset of the rich. Money is not the goal of his life, but as a means to achieve the purpose of his life. So actually, at this time You are searching for is not money, but are looking for the benefits behind the money.

If this conviction we already have, we will also be calm, because God Almighty could have direct benefit to us is not through money. Our goal as Muslims is to grab ridla God, either through money or not and it could through other than we have.

for our money is not everything, though with everything requires money. so note that need is make our money and not to those of us who in the 1930s-by material possessions we have, all just temporary and will deposit on the ask any responsibility what we earn and we spend, as small or as big as of any kind. so secoret the phrase can we convey may be beneficial and give a little overview, so that we get better and better. Greetings happy companions all.

Then, to become great, required is strong determination. no need to pusingkan the past. No need to be ashamed with our place of origin. If we want to, we can be like the Lotus flower which lives in the dirty water, but still blooming marvellous. turn and bounce, it is much more beautiful than silence and only dreaming without doing any action.

THINKING WITH A CLEAR HEAD
If all we do is constantly at our disposal, from which we learn Sincere?
If all that we dream of soon realized, from which we learn to Wait?
If any of our prayers continue to be answered, how can we endeavor to learn?
Someone close to God, does not mean there are no tears. Someone who diligently pray, does not mean there are no tough times in her life.
Let The Organisers of living a fully sovereign over us. Because only He who knows the time and the right conditions to provide the best for us.
Keep The Spirit. Remain Patient. Keep It Honest. Remain Gratitude. Because we're Tadabbur in "University of life".
Where, if in a formal school or college campuses in General, we get the first lesson and then tested, then in the University of life, we are given the test first, then get a new lesson. because that's where lies the special University life. Thus, much-needed enthusiasm, patience, sincerity and an expression of gratitude should be done on Istiqomah constantly.

(HR Muslim: 4495)

Rumaysa Bint Milhan

Rumaysa Bint Milhan is a woman Muslim character is excellent, have high intellectual as well as an independent and berprinsip. At the same time, he is also a devout and pious wife and mother who successfully educated become true Islamist. She is the mother of Prophet's Companion, Anas bin Malik. The Ban On Piss Standing Up

The Ban On Piss Standing Up

This dude we need to know all Yes, because whatever we do should be in join with good and right, well this one is often kitalakukan, yaitui not allowed to piss standing, because he break up with courtesy and noble ethics, in the side cut off the self rather than percikannya. However if it is believed it was not urine splashed and certainly would not have affected her, then it is not an obstacle for him to pee standing up. It was narrated from Huzaifah ra telling:

The Ban On Piss Standing Up

"Once the Prophet stopped at a landfill near an area with the House. There, he would throw the little water while standing. Seeing that, I immediately went away, but he even said: the Approach I immediately went over to adjacent stands with his heel. Then I saw him berwuduk and swept both khufnya. "
(History of Imam Bukhari and Muslim).

CF. the above Hadith is to show that the need to pee standing up. But it was not to show the custom the Prophet peeing while standing. The custom of the Prophet is urinating in sitting.
Imam An-Nawawi says peeing in the State sat down better follow him is my sight, however if someone peeing in the circumstances stand, then it is also fixed in allow. Both these circumstances ever done by the Prophet Muhammad.
There is a part of the law says that pissing ulamak stand is makruh unless there is any keuzuran. According to their deeds of the Prophets is because there stands a urinary keuzuran for the King, it is likely difficult for King to sit on when it was in view of that place is garbage dumps or perhaps she suffered spinal pain. According to Imam Syafie Arabs if they experience pain, they would pee standing up. among the companions of her own there is momentarily led astray about Peeing standing up. There is a history of telling that Saidina Umar, Ali, Zaid bin Thabit, Ibn Umar, Abu Hurayrah and Anas ra never piss while standing. Between the memakruhkannya companions of Ibn mas'ood and was also attended by Imam as-Sya'bi and Ibrahim bin Sa'd.
Formulation of perbahasan Peeing standing up above, then the law is a must if the person is experiencing difficulties to pee sitting down. While the law was reported anyway if that person do pee standing and he deliberately did not experience anything troubles and calamities. But the best is urinating while sitting. This is confirmed by the Imam Ibn al-Mundhir:
"Piss while sitting more I like. But pee standing law is a must. There is evidence both of the prophet ".

How To Reach Guidance

Meet again with us mate, hows all?? hope is fine and was always able to bless Almighty God. well now we will discuss about Guidance, well very very important guidance for the journey of our lives in order to be always calm and not gundah gulana. refer to the more information section below.

How To Reach Guidance

How our attempts to get guidance?
How do I make others get guidance?
* Among the reasons a person gain guidance is;

How To Reach Guidance

-1. Bertauhid
Someone who wanted the guidance of God, then he should be spared from shirk, because God does not give guidance to those who commit shirk. God says that it means "people who believe and confuse not their faith with shirk, that is exactly what they got for their security and it was people who got a instructions". (QS. Al-an'aam: 82).
-2. Repentance to God
God will not give guidance to those who do not repent from sin, how could God give guidance to someone while she did not repent. God says, "Allah deceives whom he wills and guides those who repent to him".
-3. Study Of Religion
Without science (religion), one not likely will get the guidance of God. The Messenger of Allaah ' alaihi wa sallam said, "If God wants a favor (instructions) to a slave, he will hang up his religion" (narrated by Al-Bukhaari).
-4. Work on what was ordered and stay away from things that are prohibited
Sin is because someone kept away from the guidance.
God says, "and, indeed, if they implement the lessons given to them, of course, such things it's better for them and more strengthen (their faith), and if so, surely we give them a great reward from Our side, and certainly We should have guided them to a straight path "(An-nisa: 66-68).
-5. Reading Qur'aan, pondering the meaning and practice uptake
God says, "Verily, this Qur'an instructs (the road) is more straight" (QS. Al-Isra: 9).
-6. Sticking to the religion of God
God says that it means "those who cling to the (religion) of Allah, then surely he has given instructions to the straight path." * (QS. Ali Imron-: 101).
-7. Working on prayer
Among the greatest causes of someone getting the guidance God is the one who always keep sholatnya, God said in surat al-baqoroh meaning "Aliif laam, miim book (Quran) is no doubt him and is a clue for those who are pious "
Who they were, then continued on a paragraph afterwards "to those who believe in things that are ghoib, setting up prayer and spend some sustenance that was given to him" (QS. Al-baqoroh: 3).
-8. Hanging out with a lot of people
God says, "say:" shall we cry out apart from God, not something that can bring benefit to us and not (also) bring kemudharatan to us and (whether) we will be back to back, after God instructs us, as people who have been misled by the devil in a scary pesawangan; in a daze, he has friends who called him to the straight path (by saying): "come follow us." Say: "Verily, Allah's instructions that (the real) instructions; and we are told in order to submit themselves to the Lord of hosts "(QS. Al-An'aam: 72).
By knowing these things, let us strive to do it and invite others to do the causes of this, hopefully with exertion and our efforts in running it and practice it becomes because we get the guidance of God.
Please disseminated without changing its content. Fields may be charitable kindness to us.
Jazaakumullahu khairan.
Hopefully useful Yes mate make you all, let's always do good and spreading the benefits. Greetings happiness.
